Senior Geotechnical Engineer — CA Registered Civil Engineer (PE) Soils Southwest, Inc. — Colton, CA — Full-time and/or fractional considered

Established Inland Empire geotechnical and soils engineering firm (since 1984) is adding a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to its team — a California-licensed Civil Engineer (RCE/PE) with strong geotechnical experience to help lead and grow the practice. You'll direct soils/foundation investigations, WQMP/BMP infiltration work, grading observation, and Alquist-Priolo / seismic evaluations, provide responsible charge for the firm's reports, and work with an established client base and in-house soils and materials lab.

Required: Active CA Civil Engineer license (RCE/PE) in good standing; 7+ years of geotechnical experience sufficient for responsible charge; Inland Empire / SoCal experience (foundations, WQMP/BMP infiltration, grading observation, Alquist-Priolo); familiarity with local agency review.

Preferred: Local agency and client relationships; business-development experience.

Compensation: Competitive, above-market compensation, DOE. Fractional / part-time arrangements considered.
